Robert W. Buchwald, PE
Co-Founding Partner and Principal, Bob Buchwald is a registered Professional Engineer in multiple states with over thirty five years of professional Mechanical Engineering experience.  His experience encompasses research and development for major industrial furnace manufacturer, process mechanical ventilation design, dust collection, HVAC design, pneumatic conveying, project management and construction estimating.  Projects range from small dust collection systems to large thermal oxidizers.
Bob is a retired Air Force fighter pilot who served both on active duty and in the Air National Guard.

When not at work, Bob enjoys motor sports, golf, and football.

Education: Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Toledo.

Timothy E. Fry, AIA
Co-Founding partner and Principal, Tim Fry is a registered Architect in multiple states with over twenty five years of professional experience.  His experience spans architectural design, cost estimating, document preparation, project management, and construction administration for a wide variety of project types and project scales.  Finding unconventional solutions to design challenges is an asset to his position.  Tim’s areas of specialized interest include Industrial Architecture, Laboratory Programming and Design, Pharmaceutical, Bio-tech, Containment, Clean Room, Chemical and Medical Device industries.

When not at work, you may find Tim sailing, backpacking or hiking.

Education: Bachelor of Science in Architecture from The Ohio State University

Frederick R. Tito, PE
Partner and Principal, Fred Tito is a registered Professional Engineer in multiple states with over thirty nine years of professional Electrical and Controls Engineering experience.  Experience includes pulp and paper, chemical process, wastewater treatment, graphite electrodes, automotive with a majority of the time spent in the food industry.  This experience broadly covers numerous process capacity increases, development of new products, building modifications and expansions, packaging systems, palletizing systems, mechanical systems, equipment specification and procurement, construction interface, checkout, start-up, commissioning and project management.

Fred was the Toledo area Engineer of the Year in 2007.

Fred’s activities apart from work include golf, travel, cooking and spending time with his grandchildren.

Education: Associate Degree in Electrical Technology from Pennsylvania State University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
